Summer 2014

14.

The Sun channels goodness back at me, which I consumed with wine for the last three days. A week's recourse of joy hormone, so to speak...

Quiet I lie in a meadow of Tra Salin. Stillness unravels all knots, loosens my doubts, many worries it sweeps... under grass carpet- deeper goes deep...

John O'Donohue reads my birthday blessings,

I set a black cat as screensaver on my phone, the one which calls for good luck!

I lie on the grass and let spiders crawl over me- they very little, and they double the luck...

Blessed I feel and into the Green (Year of Love) I roll on...

Nothing to hide- I expose- the natural beauty- flower of meadow-

Easy to break,

Easy to be born

Easy to grow

And blossom again

On and on...

I thank all my Friends, who allowed me to grow...

Who were brave and loving enough to accept my mad glow!

Who helped me to balance paradoxes of life,

Who swing on the swings with me- precious and bold...

Who bathed me in laughter when I lost sense in world's labyrinth

All who are still with me today, even when our channel is only a Vodafone :)

I celebrate your presence and your own growth with candles on my birthday cake- come along!

Let's keep this game rolling! Let's seize the days for the sake of our own...

The Sun has the same power as the Moon glow...

John O'Donohue writes my visual paintings, while I am learning to paint my writings, hehe

for your birthday-

Blessed be the mind that dreamed the day

The blueprint of your life

Would begin to glow on earth,

Illuminating all the faces and voices

That would arrive to invite

Your soul to growth.

Praised be your father and mother

Who loved you before you were;

And trusted to call you here

With no idea who you would be.

Blessed be those who have loved you

Into becoming who you were meant to be,

Blessed be those who have crossed your life

With dark gifts of hurt and loss

That have helped to school your mind

In the art of disappointment.

When desolation surrounded you,

Blessed be those who looked for you

And found you, their kind hands

Urgent to open a blue window

In the grey wall formed around you.

Blessed be the gifts you never notice,

Your health, eyes to behold the world,

Thoughts to countenance the unknown,

Memory to harvest vanished days,

Your heart to feel the world's waves,

Your breath to breath the nourishment

Of distance made intimate by earth.

On this echoing-day of your birth,

May you open the gift of solitude

In order to receive your soul;

Enter the generosity of silence

To hear your hidden heart,

Know the serenity of stillness

To be enfolded anew

By the miracles of your being.

Happy Birthday, Sunshine!
